01 In the search box on the taskbar, type control, and then select Control Panel.
02 Make sure the control panel is viewed by "Category", Firstly click "User Accounts", and Secondly click "Mail¡]Microsoft Outlook 2016¡^".
03 Select "Email Accounts".
04 Select the "New" button.
05 Select "Manual setup or additional server types", then click "Next".
06 Select "POP or IMAP", then click "Next".
07 Enter your name, email address, username and password. Select "POP3" from the drop-down menu, and enter pop3.yourdomain in the incoming server fields. "User Name" should be the same with "email address".
08 If you have applied our smtp additional service, enter smtp1.uhom.net in the Outgoing mail server fields, and then click "More Settings", Select the Outgoing Server tab, complete the smtp information such as smtp username and password.
If you have not applied our smtp additional service, please contact your internet provider for smtp information[smtp server, ssl and port], and skip to step 10;
09 Select the "Advanced" tab, Enter "2525" in the Outgoing server (SMTP) field, and click "OK".
10 Click "Next".
11 Click "Close" to continue when all tests completed successfully. A confirmation screen will pop up.
12 Click "Finish".
